Rhubarb Garland

We have a Rhubarb plant outside that peeks up each late spring and it's the sweetest plant with the tartest flavor and it's been nice to use in salads and steamed with greens over rice. They are great sources of calcium and vitamin K. I just learned you can apply them to cold sores for healing.  I love the leaves so so much and find so much beauty in their color and curves but you can't really do anything with them that I know of and you definitely can't eat them. But you can make a garland with them! It was really simple and I like the green touch it added to our kitchen, like fresh herbs hanging out in the sun to dry. If anyone knows any other uses for the rhubarb leaf, will you let me know?
