This Connection Parenting Workshop is a three hour live video recording discussing an extensive list of topics that promote and teach on peaceful parenting and how to connect deeper with our children! The workshop covers my parenting style, struggles we have had, actions and tangible steps to connect with our children and understand and guide them through big emotions. I talk about a range of topics including bribes, bedtimes, family rhythms, resources for Connective Parenting, communication strategies, simple phrases to regulate emotions in ourselves and our children and ways to stabilize and regulate the home environment. I answer many very relatable questions written in from those joining the session and my hope is that you will walk away from this workshop feeling empowered, confident and more able to connect deeper with your beautiful children in new and profound ways! The goal is not a perfect home or perfect parents, but to be able to weather the storms of life together as a tight knit family and continue to model goodness, forgiveness, and understanding to our children and partners.
